Hosperly

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 3, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Hosperly, a property management platform provided by Hosperly ("Hosperly", "we", "us"). Hosperly is used by hospitality hosts and property managers ("Hosts") to manage reservations, pricing, and communications with their guests ("Guests"). By using Hosperly, or by receiving messages sent by Hosperly on behalf of a Host, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who these Terms apply to

Hosts sign up for and operate a Hosperly account to manage their properties. Guests do not hold a Hosperly account; a Guest's involvement with Hosperly is limited to the reservation they made with a Host, and to the communications Hosperly sends on that Host's behalf to service that reservation.

2. Description of the service

Hosperly connects to online travel agencies and booking channels (such as Booking.com, Airbnb, and Expedia) and to a Host's own direct booking website through an official channel manager integration. Reservation details a Guest provides when booking — including contact information such as email address and phone number — are synced into Hosperly so the Host can manage and service that reservation. Hosperly is not a booking channel and does not itself collect reservation or payment details from Guests.

3. Messaging / SMS terms

On behalf of a Host, Hosperly may send a Guest SMS text messages that are directly related to servicing an existing reservation — for example booking confirmations, check-in and check-out instructions, arrival coordination, and other stay-related updates. These are transactional messages, not marketing. Full detail on how consent for these messages is obtained is set out in the SMS Opt-In & Consent page and the SMS Communications Policy.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies depending on your reservation. Reply HELP for help, or STOP at any time to opt out of receiving further SMS messages.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Hosperly to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited communications, and not to attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform or the channel manager integrations it relies on.

5. Disclaimers

Hosperly acts as a technology platform for Hosts. Hosperly is not a party to the reservation contract between a Guest and a Host or booking channel, and is not responsible for a Host's compliance with applicable hospitality, tax, or consumer protection laws. Hosperly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Hosperly, or continued receipt of messages sent on a Host's behalf, after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
