Hosperly

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Hosperly collects, uses, and shares personal data through the Hosperly platform — software used by hospitality hosts and property managers ("Hosts") to manage their properties, guest reservations, and guest communications ("Services").

1. Who we are

Hosperly is operated by Tourmie P.C. References to "Hosperly," "we," "us," or "our" in this Policy mean Tourmie P.C. You can reach us for any privacy-related question at support@hosperly.com.

2. Who this Policy applies to

3. Personal data we collect

3.1 Host account data

When a Host or a member of their team creates an account, we collect: first and last name, login email, phone number, profile photo (if provided), language/locale, country, timezone, login history, and access role (owner/manager/staff). Business-level account data includes the company name, business contact email/phone, custom domain (if configured), and billing identifiers from our payment processor, Stripe (we do not store full card details ourselves).

3.2 Guest data

When a Guest makes a reservation at a property managed through Hosperly — whether directly or through an online travel agency ("OTA") such as Booking.com, Airbnb, or Expedia — the Host receives, and Hosperly processes on the Host's behalf, reservation data that may include: the Guest's full name, email, phone number, nationality, country of residence, language, address, tax identification number, arrival time, and any special requests.

3.3 Booker/Customer data

Where the person who booked and paid for a stay is different from the Guest who stays (for example, a corporate booking), we process that booker's name, email, phone, nationality, language, company name (if applicable), address, and tax identification number.

3.4 Communications data

Hosperly provides a unified inbox that lets Hosts message Guests by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through an OTA's own messaging channel. We process the content of these messages (including attachments), the Guest's contact details as needed to deliver them, delivery metadata (sent/delivered/read status), and which member of the Host's team sent a given message.

3.5 Billing data

Where Hosperly issues invoices to a Host for their subscription, we process the Host's billing name/company name, tax ID, and billing address.

3.6 Support and AI-assisted features

Where a Host uses Hosperly's AI assistant features, the text of that conversation is processed (including where it references Guest information the Host has entered, such as describing a Guest's request) in order to generate a response.

3.7 Activity and audit logs

For accountability and troubleshooting, Hosperly automatically records a history of changes made to key records (such as a Guest's or booking's details), including prior values, along with which user made the change, and standard technical request logs (including IP address).

4. How we use personal data

5. Who we share personal data with

We share personal data with the following categories of third-party service providers ("sub-processors"), strictly as needed to provide the Services:

ProviderWhat they receivePurpose
StripePayment details (tokenized), billing identifiersPayment processing, subscription billing
Channex.ioBooking and Guest data synced from connected OTAsChannel manager integration (30+ OTAs)

Google Cloud PlatformAll of the above, as our infrastructure providerHosting and data storage

We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

6. International data transfers

Some of the providers listed above (including Stripe, Twilio, Meta, and Anthropic/OpenAI) may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognized under EU data protection law, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Services and to comply with our legal obligations (including tax and accounting record-keeping requirements), after which it is deleted or anonymized, except where longer retention is required by law.

8. Your rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area or another jurisdiction with similar data protection laws, you have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Guests should generally direct requests about their reservation data to the Host they booked with, as the Host is the party that determines why and how that data is used (the "data controller" for that data); requests can also be sent to support@hosperly.com and we will route them appropriately. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

9. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption of sensitive credentials at rest and in transit, and access controls restricting who within Hosperly and within a Host's own team can view given records.

10. Cookies

Our dashboard and booking-facing applications use essential cookies required for you to log in and use the Services, and may use additional cookies for performance and preference purposes. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time as our Services evolve. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Material changes will be communicated to Hosts directly.
